tabcorp may lose market share.

but they have a long time to adjust and evolve.

they basically have a monoply on all horse racing in victoria still.

When people want to have a punt they go to the TAB.

in my opinion this is a very solid business that has gone through some tough times with horse flu an now this. i beleive tattersals will suffer more, and TABCORP are a better business due to sports bet, and horse racing.

i wouldn't be suprised that at current levels the PAcker clan come in and take a position.

there will be a lot of shorting on this stock. so watch for short covering.

i am going to accumulate a position in a stock that is returning 94 cents a share per year.

this is one the greatest australian business as far an income stock.

a lot of money comes in and out of tab corp. its impossible to pick a bottom.

but i dare say that given it was a friday!

given the market was down.

given the sentiment was poor

people wanted out for the weekend.

come monday there could be a sharp rise back to over $12.00 before we see more short term pain. thats potentially what could happen.

the volume today was large. and it traded in a pretty steady range. it was not overly volatile.

its a super annuation stock.

stick with it.
