    The way I read it

    ANZ had = 27,717,044
    ANZ now have = 15,287,491 (JT's)....


    Difference = 12,429,533

    AuzStock has 11,450,000


    Stock sold but not with AusStock = 979,533.

    So no missing 12 million ?
