10 would be a good spring board...but it would need a hint of hype about a pending announcement..maybe a leak.
But it really depends if you have a plan,a stratergy and the will to do it.
Dont forget, so many other opportunities for quick dollar out there.
Been a really really good week, and thats one of the problems with CVI, why would you park your money in CVI, when its doing nothing and slowly sliding away.
