    How could a true independent director, in their right mind, come on board in the midst of this total schmozzle?

    Hardly going to look great on your CV?

    I note both those ASX waivers were dated 3 August 2018.

    Are they not obliged to disclose these waiver requests to shareholders?

    How can the ASX/ASIC condone such behaviour?
