Not wanting to put a damper on things, but it is quite clear by the response from posters that your are incorrect in this statement
"There is undoubtedly an element of risk with the extraction of oil from volcanics, but I think most investors are aware of the risks"
I really feel that most people here are following technicals on this stock, I base that on the trading that happens before and after announcements.
I like to say I am a fundamentals investor (note my disclosure), but at the moment, it is the tech traders who are making money. Fundamentals means bugger all at the moment
