Now my missing stocks have appeared but so has a position I do not own and the cash balance is still wrong.
How can I trust a system that does this to me?
It is all very worrying as ANZ's call centre won't pick up the phone.
As ANZ won't talk to me I have just sent a short email to the ASX suggesting I am a victim of fraud from one of their licensed brokers. Maybe ANZ will pick up the phone if the ASX anti-fraud team call.
