Far out! Talk about me misunderstanding an announcement. I was taking the wrong pill again - Apparently it could be because he wants a lot more not just 9m. Not 100% sure I am understanding this but the numbers do add up. The story goes something like this - if he wants to use the 3% creep rule every 6 months then he’s not allowed to go below 19% (no idea why? ASX rules?) and I just added it up and buying 9m keeps him just above 19%. If this is right then maybe he is putting in a big chunk to go to 22.9% ! If I have read the rest of the announcements correctly we get to vote on that at the AGM so that means all will be revealed in the AGM papers!! If thats the case maybe there is a buyer of 3% of the company every 6 months . . . And no capital raise for up to 2 years . . . To quote Duke Nukem - come get some . . .
