Actually, I remember last year MS's comments were that it was the Angolans who introduced cvi to the Cameroons which started the negotiations for Matanda. What you might read from this is your choice. It could be very bad or it could just be a side issue.
Personally, its without doubt cvi has been duped over Matanda. Out of all this, I am hanging in cvi just to see what comes out of the financing arrangements and sign off on the offshore permits. The Angolan side of things really does sound more solid believe me.
From what MS said at the EGM, its sounds that he is still keen to get something out of Cameroon. I maybe wishing too much, but maybe things are happening behind the scene for cvi to get some action in the Niger Delta? This would be a big left-field one won't it?
