If you have access to REU's buy/sell depth then i suggest you study it a bit.

otherwise, ill try my best to explain.

If you look at the Sell side you will see an average of 200,000 unit for sale, until you get to .22, there is a total of 800,000 units.

To me it looks like some one has big orders at .22 so that poeple who want to sell there holdings now need to place a sell order below .22 (pushing the price down). Ingot could be responsilbe for this, whiich means they dont want to buy REU for over .22 cents.

But dont panic, the SP looks likely to stay between .16 - .21 area unless some positive news comes, we may see a breakout into the late .20's
