JIMHO: Obviously, someone that has lost confidence in CYP's BoD - the latter probably just relaxing and just awaiting a relatively LOW take-over offer from the Japanese at perhaps only around $ 1.50 to $ 2.00 (i.e. crazily low - IMHO). Time will tell but for sure very little buying interest being shown in CYP. I suggest that is due to the BoD's actions resp. mainly LACK of action. All the aforementioned purely JIMHO, of course.
