This sums it up I think:



Not sure that there will be too many people that made money on this over the years. Watched the BC presentation this morning from BDR ... no inkling of a transaction/ stress in the presentation but this deal clearly shows how desperate the situation really was.

Nicole has effectively thrown in the towel on being able to turn BDR around as an independent company. Better than receivership however.
