Last night I tried to access the Genera Biosystems website, and it wasn't working (it does seem to be this morning though; I'll have a bit of a read tonight, I've got a busy Sunday to get on with). However, I did come across the following link:-
Amongst other things, the site (if to be believed) says the following:-

The company noted that Sonic Healthcare also holds a significant shareholding in Genera as consideration for its assistance with the validation studies.
The company noted that key specific risks include the inability to develop commercialisation plans; failure to satisfy regulatory requirements; and intellectual property disputes.

If that is the case, then wake me up when they get around to doing something!
Also, I don't really agree with your perception of Truscreen and Cerviscreen and their target markets, but that's domething I'll expand on either tonight or tomorrow.
