SQM is investing 80 million in the JV and is also paying for the JV to do with Kidman to Kidman 30 million... why can't one of them just pay these stupid 100,000 for the missing licenses 2014-2016, so we have to wait for the minister's decision now? until we can continue with the analyses?
And why does it take so long until the minister finally says Kidman has to pay or not?
The MT Holland project is not only for Kidman, it is an important project for WA... what is the minister waiting for?
