Announcement of a deal with a partner to move IMM-124E forward could come at anytime. My personal thoughts are that Immuron recruited Richard J. Berman as director in June 2018 because, as they have stated many times, they would like to find a partner this year to move IMM-124E forward in NASH and they need a specialist in brokering these sort of transactions who is U.S.-based. Berman fits the profile.

As for other catalysts, well there are plenty in the pot. The ASH, PNAFLD, and CDIFF top-line Phase 2 results, so far as we know, are all due in the 4th Q '18 to 2nd Q '19 timeframe.

I maintain that the company, with cash for another 18 months, will be sold for over $100 USD per share before the 3rd Q 2019.
