It also raises the question, why wouldn’t ACAD start accumulating NEU . They are paying $650M to get access to approx 25% of NEUs future earnings.
They could spend $28M for another 20%. ACAD’s Market Cap has risen by a Billion Dollars since the announcement on August 7. Why wouldn’t they spend 2.8% of that increase to buy 20% of NEU.
They also have a much better idea than we do on what are the projected numbers .
I doubt it will be too long before somebody takes up the opportunity to scoop up a large holding in NEU.
