I suppose it does not matter much where you put the CR [ 0.019 - 0.025 - 0.03 - 0.04 ]in that case as long as you take up your Entitlements!
As for management I don't think they had much choice! The stock price had fallen already and look like falling further - timing just made it with a 24% discount. Shareholders that brought more would do even better!!
