Until this is confirmed by a credible source we should discount it completely IMO.
Banks do not 'give' free money - that is absurd.
They typically agree loan facilities which come in all shapes and sizes.
To help with cashflow, a bank may agree a facility similar to an overdraft, which can be used up to a limit and potentially only for a fixed period. Given the current situation, I could see a secured version of this being offered to CNP.
If it relates to one of the funds, it's probably for an investment or development project secured on the assets.
Either way, there will be interest charged and the amount will have to be repaid in the future.
