Ann: Special Dividend, page-58

Well yes it was great to get a"special dividend" but sorry i am sitting firmly in worzels camp.
This is about the lack of transparency with respect to the dealings of both TBR and RND. This is also what the Takeovers Panel have found.
The facts still remain, other than the Siera and Transglobal ownership issues, that we didnt know how many physical ounces of gold the companies had pre the sell down to pay the dividend, and we still dont know how many ounces are left in inventory.
So how does anyone manage to put some sort of value on the enterprise value that lies within?
What about an update on Ghana and what the prospects are, just facts supported by the drill results, something along the lines of the "drilling continues to expand the size of the resource etc etc (or maybe it is a dead dog)"
The same applies for the EKJV. Not the NST version but something from our directors.
This will continue to be about getting continuous disclosure and transparency.
