I would say is buy they should generate more market speculation as they start their 3+ drills this year (how much is anyone guess maybe to 30 cents? in next 2 months)

PSA is (IMO) a outright buy with cash coming worth more than share value. Shares Outstanding: 118,590,841

I cannot see why these should not get to $2 plus after this end of year announcement which are due this month
