I think HPPL is getting desperate as AR2018 coming out with top 20 holders and distribution, but also end of October will have quarterly out which may work in favour of LT holders as I think results will be better than last quarter.
All the work that HPPL is conducting behind closed doors, is being kept secretive so as not to influence SP upwards.
The above are my thoughts only, and time will tell.
