Hi Tuts, although I don't want it to happen, but do you think ASIX or ASX will let MXC get away with the VC drama so easily? Announced a 40-million worth of deal, pumped the share price by up to 100%, issue performance shares, then after 10 months claimed that the other party default (an oversea company).
If you are the regulatory body, will you be happy with this?
Now, once again, the same company claimed there is another massive deal coming. It's a Canadian oversea company. If you are the regulatory body, will you just let everything happen again without further investigation?
I think what Ryzie mentioned here is just using his common sense. Do you agree?
