All I can say is that when ACM was bought... nothing was mentioned about it being about saving their main contractor from going under. Back then, it was an opportunity to push costs lower...
Oh and yeah, they have already thrown $77m into ACM!
WGX is cheap for a reason... It has 4 plants, 1 at least is 'under review', meaning another sale! ha.
Soon they will have no plants left at all.
But... perhaps under the right team WGX could be a lot more. One day.
