At the moment in rough figures HPPL hold 77% and FMG 11%. "Recalcitrants" and others own the remaining 12%. To achieve 87% ownership HPPL need another 10%. Ask yourself. Are 85% of those holding the remaining 12% going to sell up in the next week?. No hope. They are being held by a very tight fisted determined group of shareholders.
