    I read this nearly 10 times each time I understand differently.

    if you all read first line of this Ann. it says Wholly owned ART and Project Savvy.. owned by Thred.

    looks like Thd working on Business unit kind of structure. each business unit can work independently and source finance but cant be burden on Thd.
