    Agree with the sentiment wholeheartedly but not sure it was Squadron who pulled out at the 11th hour with respect to funding the pay out of the con note....then again, we really have no idea of any of the circumstances - other than that funds from an earlier CR that were meant to be set aside for part or all of the con note repayment clearly were used for other purposes....

    And to say the CR is "being done just to provide working capital for a company already in production." is not correct imo.....

    To my mind, the proposed rights issue is nothing more than a quasi privitisation of the company as most of the modest/minor shareholders either won't have the capital - and/or the will - to pour more money into this story.

    Any why would anyone tip in more money when they have zip idea about the company's operations?

    It wouldn't surprise me if the two major shareholders, both connected to the two current non independent directors, then move (at a later date) to fully privatise the business.

    No doubt then they'll discover a Swan Zone'!

    I will endeavour to contact Jamie Cullen (and I'll try hard as I know people close to him) but he may well be unwilling to talk....
