What if your wife had planned a BBQ for Sunday arvo, based on the fact that the lawn would have been mown on Saturday? You could do it Sunday am and that's fine. You'd probably tell her though, because leaving her guessing isn't very fair.
I'm happy as long as the lawn gets done properly, whatever the timeframe, as I have no short term plans.
