WOW is this the third titinium consultant that has been brought onto the TNG payroll?
Who is going to fund and construct the $400m pigment processing plant which is not part of the already $850m CAPEX?
Also if a royalty was to be paid as part of the BOOT arrangement (2017 DFS) in my opinion it has the potential to be be heavily weighted in favour of the BOOT company as the titanium commodity is the primary revenue stream.
