This really is a comedy script. How would I know if someone was a shareholder? Well I might look at the stock disclosure of the HC poster. I don't care if its true or not, thats what I go by.
Heals (no stock held) if you want to post half cocked research, try some other web sites which may assist you with your problem. If its waffle I'll toast it.
Did some research tonight for Davo (no stock held) and over the last 2 years did not find any "gift" shares or options to directors. Ask Barry Hall about cheap shots they're easy. If I learnt anything from ASX announcements it was that the directors put their hands into their pockets when it came to share options (like many shareholders!) unlike directors from other companies who only take the "freebees".
As a shareholder I'm very optimistic about the next 12 months and beyond. No news? Good turnover today and SP up.
Lets see the quarterly before writing any obituaries.
