I feel for posters more than most, thats why I think its best to post reality in these situations.

Its not going to get any better for quiet a while in most speculative stocks.

To hang on is a mistake.

You are best to cut loose of it, go get another income and comeback when the market turns.

Some posters are hanging on to speculative stocks(not just CVI) more in hope than good portfolio management
