Ann: Thred to dispose of main undertaking, page-73

what I read of this Ann after having couple of drinks!!

1. Project Savvy is owned by Thred
2. ART will buy Sweep IP
3. ART will issue there securities which Prjoect savvy will subscribe upto 80%. (at what price dont know)
4. ART will allow 20% stake to be sourced from outsider. no Less then 300 k. to fund further growth

5.Thred will receive 720 k Cash plus 3.3 Mil in Bank Account. about 3.5~4 mil to start there new minning venture.
6. after transfer complete ART will start with atleast 300 k at bank (this is mystery for me what ART will have). Sweep 2.0 in market and new partner owning 20% of ART

7. Thred will still own 80% of ART but ART will fund itself for all Sweep related development and also all ART salaries will be paid from there project based revenue.

now Game is at what price ART is selling its 20% ? and who is coming in and other then money what they are bringing in ?
