Hi Footmax, even though you believe there are no any corrupt or illegal activities involved, but you can't stop other people (such as Mr Learner) think so. That's why ASX or ASIC may step in to investigate. Ultimately, I hope the ASX or ASIC will also prove the innocence of MXC and this will restore confidence in investors.

But as I mentioned before, if every single listed companies in ASX did exactly what MXC did, what will happen to the integrity of the market??? (E.g. claimed there is a 40-million deal with an oversea company, pumped the share price, issued performance shares and justified fat cat salary, then all in a sudden claimed the other party default)

Who is going to protect the rights of small investors like us if companies exploit this trick over and over again?
