Just read your post right before going to bed (so not 100% if there is any error here).
I used slightly different capex. I initially used the higher capex of your figures but I thought we should not get much higher capex than COB. So i have used USD$400m for 5mt and used the middle ground for the lower throughput (to keep it conservative). For now i only prepared the one with USD$40/t. I don't know how to upload with the image shown directly yet, so another PDF file for now.
For SOI, i used the last Appendix 3B + recent released of escrow + unlisted options.
Please ignore the capex table which i prepared months ago. I manually overwrite them for the 2, 3 & 5 mtpa.
