i suppose when you've caused in excess of 400% dilution you need to put your hand in your pockets and buy the shares yourself.
unlike other companies where shareholders are more than happy to reward "good management skills"

p.s. no position held, i sold out, couldn't take the pain any more, i'll be in a casket before DP gets this rolling. too many broken promises. I believe in JRV but even if you've got a good ship, you still need a good captain to steer it.
