Third, ANS and noteholders are willing to accept an option with strike price at 0.020 which is four times higher than current share price of 0.005 which is worth of $400 million when it is exercised. This signals to us that those big boys believe that the share price could move up beyond 0.020.

Fourth, since there is single controlling shareholder in SDL, it will help to speed up the project. If those Chinese investors have invested $100 million, they will definitely want to make sure that the project will be successful.

As a tiny investor, I will follow those big boys who put the money where their mouth is.

I guess that many speculative investors will jump in when the trading will resume. The share price may go wild and mad.

The price of 0.005 will become a HISTORY. Sorry for people who did not buy at 0.004 and 0.005. Hehehehehe. However, future is uncertain. Uncertainty means risk or opportunity. Good luck.

Firstly ANS and WAPRC are both small companies operating out of Western Australia.
They have no high level connections to the Chinese Govt and NDRC.

WAPRC does not have $100 million to do anything with as yet and may not get through the rigorous process to acquire it from the PRC.

Read what is set out in item 6 of the ANS announcement. So currently they have a Chinese backer with no money.
