Why would anyone aspire to achieve such economic madness? Certainly the quickest way to the poor house for the populations. Take away incentive and you destroy all economy.
We know what has happened in the past with such dogma...the useless, lazy and incompetent(but cunning and evil)were the most needy and greedy, whilst the poor populations who would have had huge potential ended up unemployed and in the doghouse with free alcohol for all!
