    The MD has no experience whatsoever with this, he's an exploration geologist on what many experienced investors would call a lifestyle salary.

    Many junior, and not so junior, miners have geologists as CEO's. Tolga Kumova was a geologist and former CEO of Syria Resources, one of the stock market darlings. Although I note since he left the SP has gone south. Vince Algar is a geologist!
