The management really have no skin the water ,, they get a great salary , performance plan shares , (really they should get none until there is performance ) but in the mean time there salary , super , expense account (free travel , lunches , dinners and what ever else ) and retirement creeps closer for them ....

They are not doing it tough. When all is done they still walk away ahead of the game if this gets off the ground or not ..... As much as I wish for this to succeed . Ive been a holder for 3 years paid $1.40 per share , I cant help think that others with bigger wallets, better sales and management team and plants will over take us with in the 6- 9 months .
