I am sure that if a Royal Commission was not called into the Banking Sector none of the shenanigans would have surfaced. Imagine ASIC writing to AMP , they viewed them with disdain. It is embedded in the financial system and ASX as a totality should come into the spotlight.
Asking the perpetrators to fess up is a joke.
Need regulators with teeth.
Directors with Phoenix cos now under the spotlight. Thank goodness that regulation of the whole white tie sector is under the spotlight.
