    As a prospect it sounds great but these guys seem to be going on too many venues and just pushing deadlines forward. What's going on with the recycling plant? Pilot Plant was scheduled for Oct-Dec 2017, now it says Oct-Dec 2018. One year delay and not a word explaining why?
