New posters using words like "dude", "brother" etc...hmmmm,
Been around Lynas for many years and was there in the dark days of delays and court cases and reviews. All the same arguments back then are being trotted out like they are new. Radioactive! Give me a break. As someone posted here the SMSL group got their bottoms smacked severely many years ago including having to pay costs. At the time it was big news there in the press. Corruption doesn't work well with a media spotlight on it from either side so I would say that Lynas had all their paperwork etc in order back then so this new chairwoman "looking for issues in the approvals etc" over the past may just be saying that for her constituents.
There will be a lot of huff and puff and they will try to find something to put into a report to justify their existence and cost but there is no way this plant will be shut down or closed.
I have been watching LYC for a year of so waiting for an entry point. Got in at $1.60 yesterday and I'm happy to ride this review out over the next few months.
