Joel McDonald did announcement he failed to provide continuous disclosure. I'm not an expert but I'd say the class action has a pretty good chance based on accepted failure to meet ASX obligations to shareholders.

Last I read that class action was sitting with three law firms. The courts want just one to be able to go after GSW. The figure will be big. It went from 4 dollars to 50 cents... Losses based on that and people buying and selling will be in the hundreds of millions imho... It's hard for it not to be that high... Because when it was 4 dollars that's big monies... I believe the cash injection alone from the new investor, 25 million shares at 4 dollars, that totals 100 million.

If I were a betting man that investor is going to want to recoup Nd say the shares were only worth a dollar each at most, they got given false info. There is 75 million just there...

Plus all the retailer's.... This is going to be a monster class action
