SOMEONE JUST PUT A GOOD QUESTION TO ME:

Is the share price being manipulated lower as the deal is in cash & "shares" by a 10day vwap, the higher the price the less shares they ge,t keep the share price low get more shares?


I hope no dodgy arrangement has been made, becuase there is not many explanations why the sp is so bloody low again after such a aquisition.
