Google up Yamana Hoof.If he was instrumental in Yamana's development then with any luck he has both the individual nouse and the back up people resources to get things moving.
Then again we may just see someone slot into the MD position quite soon.However if BC had a lot to do with Yamana I cant see this being a huge problem for him.
