Article in AFR the other day - ECX are now sharing info with SG Fleet so it would seem ECX are working on a higher offer. Not sure if/how SGF will afford it tho as majority shareholder wants to kee 51% + and not sure how much more SGF could comfortably borrow. Perhaps they could split off Grays and/or other for a trade sale?
