Siv it's the Non Executive Directors (NED's) that took a 20% cut in their compensation. As for Key Management Personnel (KMP), their Short Term Incentive (STI) compensation was up the following % on their on their base salaries:
CEO - 60% of base salary
COO (Chief Operating Officer) - Up 40% to 35% of base salary
CFO - (Chief Financial Officer) - Up 20% to 30% of base salary
CDO - (Chief Development Officer) - Up 20% to 30% of base salary
Joint Company Secretary - Up 20% to 30% of base salary
All get Long Term Incentive (LTI) Rights of 60% plus 40% retention rights
As far as executive's purchasing shares,
The CEO has to own 5 times his base salary worth
The COO, CFO, CDO and other executive officers all have to own 2.5 times their base pay
Seems to me there might be too many Chiefs and not enough Indians
And none of them seem to be doing too much, after all, Maggy is basically on care and maintenance, which means shooting any alligators that are on site and not getting bitten by the fire ants when they're there shooting the alligators!!!!
