maybe they have been in "negotiations" for four weeks but as for knowing each other it is longer, or possible another company pointed WMT into the right direction & the two parties came to a agreement

Really I couldnt care less how long they know each other, my main concern is the sp & how it has given all of the gain back from last thursday, not impressed as a shareholder.
