Commsec seems to be connected to Chi-X, hence that could be your best bet. I have not personally used them, so cannot comment beyond that.
However, if you use APIs to automate your system, please have a look at Open Markets IRESS which has both Chi-x and API features. Cost is as twice as Commsec, but better integration is achieved via APIs (http or socket) and also facilitate centre-point (through socket API) and automated trades. Not sure if they include Excel plugins, though. If you used to use only Excel plugins, I can tell you APIs are much easier and faster in handling through codes (maybe CC is biased here, as he is more Access focussed). Anyway, that was just CC’s 2c.
