actually I have just looked closely at the buy and sells before this "collateral enforcement"
Up until it happened it seems that Merrill was buying
eg on 17/3/08 they bought 79,450@ $5.33
The price is down today $69
But I doubt not for long with supply getting tighter and more reactors being built.
I'd say that Merrill probably wants to own PDN and are sensing a bottom and have started buying.
But could be wrong.
Hope they do sell actually as I am pretty keen to get some more at cheaper prices.
