I think with all the court cases to come, everyones head will be spinning. Lets hope that sense prevails and all parties come to some arrangement. The problem is when money and ego's are involved, there are no winners in the end.

Each day, things seem to get worse for the major parties involved, so it just a matter of how long and how much damage is inflicted before they see the real perspective of what has really happened with Opes Prime and what their involement was, including moral and ethical involement.

It is a total mess, and can only be resolved either by levels heads or the courts, well its looking like the level head are out the window, so it will be the courts, with more media and more reputational damage to the parties involved as more stories start to emerge from this financial blunder.
