I can just see it now, Mr & Mrs Smith(Who is pregnant) standing on the court house stairs telling the world how ANZ just took their shares from under their nose and now they are forced to move house and sell up. This is probably a very true senario, so ANZ will have to ensure they can continue to take these moral and ethical hits. ANZ and Mr Smith from his comments are very out of touch in thinking that this misleading and deceptive structure of Opes Prime has ended up in the hands of all sophisticated and wealthy clients.
In the 90's during the Westpac letters affair, the internet was very new and communication was not as effective and as instant. We are now in the most revolutionaly age of evolved communication, and it travels at lightning speed. What ever is dug up or what ever happens, the world will know in real time. Good luck trying to spin doctor that.
